In June we were delighted to host the Franchise Induction Training at our Head Office in Wetherby.
We were joined by David Costelloe & Chris Panas, business partners, soon to be opening in the Bromley territory and Gareth Jones, soon to be opening in the Kent territory. Yowie Roberts, our Franchise Operations Manager, facilitated most of the training and there were lots of Pitman and LaunchLife team members contributing to each module throughout the week.
After a long period of remote working, it was great to be able to run the training in-person at our facilities in Wetherby. We generally know that training delivered in-person has a greater impact and can be more enjoyable spent learning with others. We also had a remote video link running throughout the training to allow some of our other franchise partners to participate in some of the sessions. This is actually a good illustration for Pitman Training’s blended learning approach. Many of our students are choosing to split their studies between the Training Centre and remote home-learning, taking advantage of our wonderful Learning Management System, MyPitman.
