Having been franchising since 1992 Pitman Training Group is a mature franchise with approximately 90 training centres already operating. These are based primarily in the UK and Ireland, but such is the demand for training the Pitman way, across the globe, we also have centres operating across the Middle East, Africa, Asia.
Pitman Training boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience available for new franchise partners to launch their own business and expansion, globally and within our domestic market, remains a key focus going forward. We are seeking talented partners to set up and operate new Training Centres using our experience and guidance. You don't need lots of staff or trainers, our unique way of training means you can maximise your resources whilst offering complete flexibility to the students. Our partners come from a wide range of backgrounds:

The franchise is well suited to those with middle management skills possessing good sales and marketing ability combined with a sound knowledge of computer literacy. However our partners, as will be seen, have varied skills which complement each other whilst increasing the strength of the network. We know that all our partners bring something special and possess different skills which allow them to grow their business and enhance our network.
Total start-up costs vary depending on the size of the territory, and including the franchise fee starting at £40k, it will range from approximately £60,000 to £100,000+. Our franchise partners have a territory based area, rights to the Pitman Training brand and product, business, sales and marketing support, an industry standard five year franchise agreement with no-cost renewal rights and the strength of a franchisor who believes strongly in the value of its partners.
