COURSE STRUCTURE
We provide a comprehensive training portfolio structured in 3 tiers:
Single Courses: form the foundation, ranging from 2 to 50+ hours of instruction. These include both Pitman-developed and selected third-party programmes across numerous subject areas, many leading to recognised industry qualifications.
Awards: Combine 3 related courses, creating valuable stepping stones between single courses and full diplomas. We offer Awards in high-demand areas like Event Management, Finance, and Medical Office.
Diplomas: Deliver complete career paths with core courses and recommended electives across key sectors:
Office & Secretarial, Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll, Microsoft Office, Marketing, IT Training, Web & Graphic Design, Software & Web Development, Business Management, and CPD.
COURSE DELIVERY
Our training materials combine traditional and modern learning approaches:
Traditional Components: Each course includes downloadable eBooks, audio-based instruction, and both mock and validation tests.
Modern Components: Newer courses are fully integrated within the Learning Management System (LMS), featuring media-based instruction, module-level exams, and validation testing.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT VALUE
Through our partnership with CPD Standards Office, your students automatically earn CPD points (one point per study hour) upon course completion. These points appear on Pitman certificates, adding extra value for career-focused learners. This proven curriculum structure allows your centre to offer flexible, market-relevant training that meets diverse student needs and career goals.

- Detailed tracking of conversion rates at 2 key stages (from Lead to Consultation, and from Consultation to Enrolment) helps you understand exactly where to focus your team’s efforts.
- Measuring not just total student numbers, but specifically tracking “active students” – those still studying or logged in – giving you a view of your centre’s engagement levels.
