Ghana is one of Africa's rising stars in terms of economic development with a GDP growth rate of close to 9% in 2012, and a stable and secure environment for foreign companies to invest. The Ghana Vision 2020 movement aims to see Ghana become the first country on the African continent to be classed as a developed nation between 2020 and 2029.
