1. Research

Take your time to research our opportunity - as you would with any other new business opportunity you may be considering. This is a big step and you want to make sure it is the right one for you, we won't push you into a quick decision and like you we want a partnership that will last the test of time.

We are proud that we are full members of the British Franchise Association (BFA) and have been for many years.

We have a strong name in the franchise marketplace and will be pleased to meet with you and answer your questions face-to-face at a subsequent meeting. We place great store in such meetings; they are individual to you; they help you to get a feel for what being a Pitman Training franchise partner really entails and the pleasure and rewards it will ultimately give you.

2. Backgrounds

All our franchise partners bring something special both to their own business and to our network. We are proud of the contribution they bring to events such our Pitman Training Advisory Board (PTAC) and Regional Meetings, where they network and share knowledge and best practice with other colleagues.

If you have sales and marketing experience, are customer focussed, business and financially aware and have both ambition and desire to grow your business, then you would be well qualified to be a successful Pitman Training Franchise Partner.

That said, however, we don't look for specific skills as a pre-requisite - what you may not possess - we can train you, it's what we do.

3. Initial Contact

4. Evaluation

If you are comfortable with the information we have initially provided you, then we will be pleased to meet with you to allow you to continue your research into our business. These meetings will cover the business model; our courseware; our opportunities and our franchise agreement. You will leave this meeting with a much greater understanding of the Pitman Training experience and allowing you to consider fully the benefits of joining our extensive network.

Post meeting, we encourage you to talk with our Franchise Partners and/or our Franchise Development Managers to determine their experience and get a feel for the knowledge and resources that Pitman Training will provide to help and support your business growth.

5. The Partnership

Its then decision time - both for you and for Pitman Training Group. If both parties feel the same about the partnership then we will be delighted to welcome you into our network and we will;
