As Franchise Sales Director I head up our UK team which is looking for outstanding individuals and organisations to partner with in order to grow and develop the Pitman Training business.
I am also directly responsible for taking this classic English brand overseas, and am keen to talk to interested partners from around the World. Having worked over the past six years to establish international franchises throughout North America, Africa, South America, India and the Middle East, I have great experience in how to make franchise models fit to individual markets. I am passionate about finding the right franchise partners worldwide to develop the unique balance of 175 years of history, in a product that is modern and genuinely world class.

I am proud to be representing Pitman Training Group, expanding the Franchise Partnerships by helping others join our successful network of training centres. I am a QFP (Qualified Franchise Professional) and like the challenge of the franchising environment and greatly enjoy building good relationships with our franchise partners to help them start and continue to grow their business.
My role as Franchise Sales Manager is to focus on our UK development by finding ambitious and motivated individuals. I will be your key point of contact from the start of your journey towards becoming part of the Pitman Training network, supporting you in all stages of the initial process, and will continue to provide support and guidance through assistance with training, business development plans and ongoing advice.

Having previously worked at Pitman Training for over 10 years, I was thrilled to be able to re-join the business in 2013 at director level. The intervening years gave me an excellent range of experiences at senior management level, but it is great to be back with this household name.
I love being part of a business with such a rich heritage, helping to change the lives of thousands of individuals each year. Being a Superbrand gives the business a valuable head start on the competition. I have a track record of providing financial rigour combined with a practical approach to business development.

Coming from executive roles within global companies it is exciting to build on Pitman’s wide appeal by extending our international reach.
With over 20 years’ experience in a wide variety of franchise businesses across the UK, I lead our team of franchise development managers, who assist with the business development of each and every franchisee. The support that our team gives starts at the initial enquiry stage, helping to give perspective and tangible evidence of the success that can be achieved across our network.
However, it also goes so much further than that, evolving into a close working relationship which encompasses; day to day operation, sales process, marketing activities, training and the sharing of ‘best practice’. Having a team dedicated to providing insights and hands-on support as and when you need it, is really what sets us apart as a Franchisor.
