I am proud to be representing Pitman Training Group, expanding the Franchise Partnerships by helping others join our successful network of training centres. I am a QFP (Qualified Franchise Professional) and like the challenge of the franchising environment and greatly enjoy building good relationships with our franchise partners to help them start and continue to grow their business.
My role as Franchise Sales Manager is to focus on our UK development by finding ambitious and motivated individuals. I will be your key point of contact from the start of your journey towards becoming part of the Pitman Training network, supporting you in all stages of the initial process, and will continue to provide support and guidance through assistance with training, business development plans and ongoing advice.

Having been with the business since 1998, and coming from a financial background, I have been able to immerse myself in all areas of the business in order to ensure that we are developing a profitable franchise network across the globe.
Understanding the confidence and financial security of franchisees, as well as the benefits of running your own business and being part of such a large infrastructure as ours, helps us really make an impact on the current landscape of the vocational training market – and is also what keeps me on my toes on a daily basis! I work to co-ordinate our approach, and ensure we are always developing new ways of supporting your business with the best available opportunities.

With over 20 years’ experience in a wide variety of franchise businesses across the UK, I lead our team of franchise development managers, who assist with the business development of each and every franchisee. The support that our team gives starts at the initial enquiry stage, helping to give perspective and tangible evidence of the success that can be achieved across our network.
However, it also goes so much further than that, evolving into a close working relationship which encompasses; day to day operation, sales process, marketing activities, training and the sharing of ‘best practice’.
