Even after 15 years with Pitman Training I still get the biggest buzz from having that initial conversation with perhaps someone like you – someone who might want to find out more about our franchise opportunities? Then it’s a meeting and subsequently, just a few short weeks later, you might be open with your own Pitman Training Centre and watching your business develop and grow! That’s what does it for me and makes coming into work every day so enjoyable and pleasurable.
Claire Lister
As Managing Director and shareholder, Claire has been with the business for many years, and is involved with the business at all levels. She is an enthusiastic and passionate exponent of the difference that the right training can bring to an individual’s life, or to an organisations effectiveness. She utterly believes that the franchised model that Pitman Training operates through has enabled the business not only grow to be the largest independent training company in the UK and Ireland, but one which fairly represents such a strong brand as “Pitman”. That model effectively utilises the skills and expertise from within the franchise community as well as giving guidance from the core. As a part owner of the business, she is well placed to speak with potential franchise partners and understands the joys, challenges, and stresses that working for yourself can bring.
